HealthIntend Community Interest Company is fully regulated by the Gambling Commission and is licensed (000-029814-N-311300 and 000-029814-R-311299) to promote society lotteries as defined in the Gambling Act 2005.

Lotteries are managed by The Health Lottery ELM Limited (Gambling Commission licence numbers 000-026057-R309179 and 000-026057-N-309180). People’s Health Trust (Registered Charity No: 1125537) oversees the allocation, distribution and administration of grants within our area of Suffolk covered by HealthIntend.
